Kristen's 40th birthday was a surprise celebration planned with so much love by her husband, Steve. I had the pleasure of planning and coordinating every detail, transforming the entire upper floor of the Pendry Hotel at the Wharf into a beautiful and unforgettable party.

The evening began with friends and family gathering in a welcome room filled with appetizers, cocktails, and live music. A DJ and saxophonist set the mood while guests laughed, hugged, and took photos.

The vibe was electric, and the excitement grew as candlelit pathways led them through greenery arches, past dinner buffet tables, and finally to the main event.

The main room opened up to even more music as a live drummer joined in, bringing the whole space to life. A beautiful bar served signature cocktails, and tables were filled with food. I designed lush, thoughtfully arranged floral installations that added elegance and warmth throughout the room, creating a stunning atmosphere that elevated every corner of the space.

As the event planner, I coordinated with all vendors, managed every setup, and ensured each moment flowed seamlessly. From the musicians to the custom decor, everything was curated to perfection. The night was full of dancing, rounds of confetti, and endless joy. Kristen's smile lit up the room as she celebrated with everyone she loved. It was a night filled with happiness, love, and memories that will last forever.
